Today is Ryan's birthday! I'm pretty sure it's the first one he's had when I didn't talk to him! Today, and for the next 13 days and nights he's back in the swamps in Florida finishing up Ranger qualifications. We're praying diligently as the temps are pretty cool and the course is wet and muddy. It was extra special to have him home at Christmas, because we had missed talking to him during his first phases of Ranger school. Now we are counting down days until his graduation on January 27th.

Lauren posted this pic today for Ryan's birthday...what a big deal it was when he was able to come to her wedding! Army life is going to be interesting for us all!
