Rhea Lana's #27


Sale #27...and yet another problem with internet service. 1) they mailed the modem to the store, where no one was, so it was shelved at the UPS office. 2) the person who was supposed to install the service marked on the ticket that it was done, but they hadn't contacted me, nor had they entered the building to set the service. 3) On Saturday, our move in day, we had no modem and no service. Through a series of calls to friends, we met someone at the UPS office and got the modem, and then on Monday, a friend sent a service technician to get us set up. That was just the first two days.

We had one of the best sales we've ever had, with 71,000 items and we sold 72%! My workers were the best we've probably ever had and the week went super smooth! So thankful for those who help us in the heat (no matter that it's October) and on their feet to help us host our huge sale.
