Richard has always wanted rental property. He's scouted land in Russellville for 3 years and this year he found a piece he liked! These 4 duplexes are his dream and all the design and work has run through him. He's been hands on and has done a great job with ALL the details. Many mornings he goes over before any of us are awake and picks up, makes lists and notes on the progress, hangs blinds, sweeps floors and sidewalks and a thousand other projects.
