Usually we would go to one or more Easter service, maybe get new clothes, and definitely have people over for lunch and games. This year, we had Easter almost all at home. No company, but we did take a meal to UG and Chime.
Erin and Spencer spent the day with us, and Erin brought a puppy she is fostering. We took communion as we watched our church service, had a great meal, and played games during the daytime. It was a celebration of our HOPE.
New clothes weren't necessary, extra services weren't necessary.
We definitely missed Jordan at our table.
Jesus already did all the work. #hope
