Serving food to families at Thanksgiving is one of my favorite traditions. Our church usually serves a meal, but because school would be out a whole week, we put together boxes with a Thanksgiving meal and food for a week for families. We put boxes together on Friday and delivered food on Saturday. Most notable for our stops was the hanging dear head and the house with 15 (FIFTEEN) dogs. A van full of family, doing good things: priceless.
