God provided an opportunity to use my love for teaching this weekend in Carthage, Missouri. A small church in Carthage has a young lady who wants to bring a great woman's ministry there. One of the ladies in her church has a sister who goes to a church in NWA and I had spoken a few years ago at their woman's retreat. At the church in Carthage they had invited ladies from all over their area and there were many ladies from 16 different places. I spoke on Ephesians 2:10..."We are God's masterpiece, created by Jesus for good works, which he has created in advance for us to do."
This is the second time the Lord has given me a topic to teach that I definitely need work on. I'm so guilty of not looking at myself as God's work. Who am I to think I could ruin His masterpiece?
It was a great weekend meeting so many new friends and a bonus was that Becky met me in Missouri and stayed with me. We got quality catching up to do and shared a motel room. I loved having her there!
